Before contacting us, please see the help for that specific page. To locate the help, load the page you are have a question or problem with and click "Questions" in the upper-right corner of the page. Please use our Feedback Reporting page to give us feedback. This page will provide us a with more information.

Contact Guidelines

When contacting us, we ask that you follow our guidelines to make things easier for us, that it gets to the right person, and that there is clear communication. Please wait for a response from us before contacting us again about the same issue. You will get a response usually within 24 hours. We will not respond to E-Mails that do not require assistance.

In your message, please give us the following information if possible:

• An E-mail Address to reply to (if different from the E-mail Address you sent to us with and is necessary).
• Your Alumni E-Mail Address when troubleshooting the Alumni Database.
• The page which you are contacting us about.
• Any error messages that was displayed and what you were doing when the error was triggered.
• The location on the page which there is an error (such as a spelling mistake).

Note: We recommend using Internet Explorer 7 or FireFox 2.0. Our site was designed around Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater. However, Public Web Services is designed to run on all browers.
